Certified Ophthalmic Technician with Oculoplastic Focus – Tulsa Location

Description

As an Ophthalmic Technician at our Triad Eye – Aesthetics & Laser Center, you will be responsible for performing an extensive number of data collection functions, as delegated by the physician, to allow for proper diagnosis of the patient’s condition; responsible for assisting with in-office procedures which involve sterile field procedures; demonstrating comprehension of the ophthalmic technician skills, as out lined by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO); and providing support to clinical staff of less advanced credentials.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma, some college preferred
  • Ophthalmic Technician experience is preferred
  • Plastic surgery or oculoplastic experience is preferred
  • Valid proof of certification as an ophthalmic technician
