Certified Ophthalmic Technician with Oculoplastic Focus (ENT & Dermatology Experience, preferred) – Aesthetics & Laser Clinic Tulsa Location

Position Overview
We are seeking an Ophthalmic Technician with experience in Oculoplastics, ENT, or Dermatology Medical Assisting to join our growing team. This role is essential in supporting our physicians and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data collection and testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Assist with in-office procedures, including those requiring sterile field preparation and technique.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ophthalmic technician skills as outlined by the Joint Commission on Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology (JCAHPO).
- Provide mentorship and support to clinical staff with less advanced credentials.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in coordinating care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Ophthalmic Technician, Medical Assistant, or related clinical role required.
- Background in Oculoplastics, ENT, or Dermatology strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of sterile field procedures and clinical safety protocols.
- JCAHPO certification (COA, COT, or COMT) preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
