Bio

An Indiana native, Dr. Walton moved to Oklahoma in 2001. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in microbiology and proceeded to graduate with a doctorate of optometry degree from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, OK.  Dr. Walton then completed an ocular disease residency at the Tulsa and Muskogee Veterans Affairs clinic and joined the Triad Eye Institute team in 2017. Today, she provides care to patients with ocular disease and takes part in pre and post-operative surgical care. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Walton resides in Tulsa with her husband, where they enjoy spending time with friends and family and hiking.
